Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This is called the “cooling-off period.” The 14 days start from the day you receive your goods.
How to Cancel / Return

You must clearly state that you wish to cancel your order. You can use the following template if you like:
“I hereby give notice that I cancel my order [order number] placed on [date].”
After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us. Exchanges are treated as a return and a new purchase.
Shipping Costs
